The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, CPA certification, and has experience in financial reporting, US GAAP, and SEC requirements. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in accounting software and team management. Nice-to-have qualifications include Netsuite and ERP system experience, as well as familiarity with Microsoft and Google Applications. Lambda offers competitive compensation, including cash and equity, with a salary range of $170,000 - $220,000.
