Engineering Manager, SRE

Chainlink Labs is seeking an Engineering Manager for their SRE team in various locations including Berlin, Toronto, Vancouver, Warsaw, Dublin, Manchester, Lisbon, and Madrid. The company is a leading developer of Chainlink, a decentralized computing platform powering the verifiable web. The Engineering Team at Chainlink Labs works on decentralized applications, with the Chainlink Network holding >70% market share in the oracle space. The role involves championing the Reliability, Scalability, Performance, and Security of Chainlink Labs products, leading a growing team of Product Engineers focused on supporting and growing the Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing embedded SREs or PEs, exposure to high-scale systems, proven ability to identify and remove toil, infrastructure engineering experience, and a caring, analytical, and curious attitude. Preferred qualifications include prior interest in Blockchain technology and experience with Object-Oriented Software Development. The position is remote-based with a requirement to overlap working hours with Eastern Standard Time.
