Senior Engineering Manager - Data Products

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Data Products to lead a multi-team of engineers in building data-driven products to ensure the integrity of decentralized finance. The role involves collaborating with various functions within the organization, setting clear expectations, and ensuring high reliability and performance across numerous blockchains. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of software engineering experience with leadership background, a servant leadership mindset, and experience in delivering high-impact products. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and technical expertise in financial data sets, distributed systems architecture, and blockchain technologies are preferred.
