Bioinformatics Scientist / Engineer

This role involves tasks such as metagenome assembly, managing protein sequence databases, deploying cloud-based pipelines, and building scalable cloud databases. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Bioinformatics, Genomics, or related fields, with 3+ years of industry experience. Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, cloud pipelines, database programming, Python data analysis tools, and Linux environments is required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with bioinformatics tools, next-generation sequencing data, and public repositories.
