The research team is focused on developing tools for precise geothermal resource identification using geological, physical, and machine learning models.

Responsibilities: The Geological Modeling Research Scientist will be responsible for generating novel workflows and tools to identify and de-risk multiple geothermal resources. Key tasks include creating geologically realistic earth models, assessing geological uncertainties, meshing grids, and visualizing results. Effective communication with cross-functional teams is essential.

Requirements: - Experience in 3D geological modeling, specifically fault-hosted geothermal systems - Proficiency in software development and computer programming - Strong background in structural geology and geomechanics - Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting - Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or PhD with 1+ year of experience in quantitative earth sciences
