Senior Security Researcher

They are seeking an experienced Security Researcher to join their team, primarily focusing on developing rules for the Snyk Code SAST engine. Responsibilities include writing security rules, shaping language and framework support, addressing customer issues, leading projects, conducting independent research, collaborating with open source maintainers, and presenting research findings. The ideal candidate should have application security experience, knowledge of major vulnerability types, familiarity with high-level languages, and strong communication skills. Additional qualifications such as experience with SAST concepts, C/C++, participation in CTFs or bug-bounty programs, and a passion for open source software security are desirable.
