Requirements

• B2C App Experience: Built and owned interactive B2C apps from scratch.
• Prototyping & Experimentation: Proficient in prototyping and experimentation.
• Balanced Approach: Experience balancing engineering, product, and business objectives to validate Product-Market Fit (PMF).
• Creative Contribution: Contribute creative ideas to existing and upcoming projects.
• Design System Familiarity: Experience designing within design system constraints.
• User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights for design decision-making.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficient in Figma & Adobe CC apps and design systems.
• Location: Able to commit to at least 1-2 days working from the office in London Victoria.
