Requirements
- B2C App Experience: Built and owned interactive B2C apps from scratch.
- Prototyping & Experimentation: Proficient in prototyping and experimentation.
- Balanced Approach: Experience balancing engineering, product, and business objectives to validate Product-Market Fit (PMF).
- Creative Contribution: Contribute creative ideas to existing and upcoming projects.
- Design System Familiarity: Experience designing within design system constraints.
- User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights for design decision-making.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in Figma & Adobe CC apps and design systems.
- Location: Able to commit to at least 1-2 days working from the office in London Victoria.
