The role involves collaborating with colleagues to optimize ML workloads on GPU platforms, conducting research, publishing outcomes, and managing a research agenda. Desired skills include experience in enhancing ML methodologies, executing model training at scale, and familiarity with MLOps and distributed systems. The position requires presence in the San Francisco Bay Area office locations four days a week. The salary range is $189,000 - $260,000, with additional benefits such as cash & equity compensation, health coverage, commuter stipends, 401k plan, and flexible paid time off.
