Senior Associate Scientist, Discovery Science

Job Role: FogPharma is looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join their Discovery Sciences group. This role involves analytical and purification tasks, analyzing compounds' properties, and ensuring high-quality outcomes with automated instrumentation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the purification group head, maintain lab systems, and contribute to the development of new compounds for therapeutic programs.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry - Proficiency in UV-triggered/Mass-directed HPLC chromatography for peptide purification - Experience in physiochemical properties assessment, troubleshooting equipment, and solid-phase peptide synthesis knowledge is beneficial. - Strong analytical development, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience with Empower/Masslynx and HPLC analysis is preferred
