For talent acquisition teams, the implications are immediate: screening tools powered by this model will process applications faster and more critically, passing through fewer candidates. The upside is efficiency. The downside is the quiet loss of high-potential, non-traditional talent — and with regulators and courts stepping up scrutiny, that’s no longer just an operational risk.

The Reality: AI is Now Essential to TA

  1. Build a defensible record Maintain detailed logs of settings, changes, audits, and remediation steps. If challenged, you can demonstrate ongoing good-faith governance.
